Your First Visit
After scheduling an appointment with either our Springfield or Neptune office, you’ll receive confirmation and instructions to fill out new patient paperwork online. You also have the option to complete the forms in-house on one of our iPads.
You will see your name on a welcome board when you arrive, and there will be fresh-baked cookies waiting for you. After a quick tour of our office, you’ll meet with Dr. Alkamary for your oral examination and discuss any concerns you have about your smile. You will see televisions on the ceiling and enjoy massage chairs, blankets, and other patient-friendly amenities.
We’ll review before and after photos while talking about your smile goals before escorting you to another area for X-rays. These will be used as part of the review process in preparation to discuss our findings.
After the visit is complete, you will receive a scented hot towel to enjoy before you leave.
